Brandon Norris works in the Firm's corporate section and has a practice that is made up of a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including commercial real estate closings, entity formations, corporate asset and stock sales, commercial credit facility transactions, nonprofit entity applications for tax exemption, property tax economic incentive transactions and franchise offerings. This variety of experience enables Brandon to guide his clients through many of the complex business decisions they face, and to help them leverage the business tools available to them to continually grow and evolve.
